UAB’s One Year Anniversary
Proton International at UAB treated its first patient with proton therapy one year ago today. This is the only center of its kind in the state of Alabama. The youngest patient treated in our facility was two years old, the oldest 91. While this year has brought many challenges, we have been able to touch the lives of patients and families from all over the U.S. and even internationally. Please join us in celebrating our one year anniversary and thank you for allowing us to be a part of your journey!
