Bill Davis has 18 years of healthcare industry experience and is responsible for finance, accounting, legal, tax and treasury at Proton International. He has developed banking relationships and obtained project-based financing for projects in Latin America and Europe. Bill also oversees analysis of project feasibility, deal structure and operating results. His primary skills and expertise are strategic planning and organizational leadership, financial modeling and profitability analysis, contract negotiations and strategic alliances, ability to communicate key financial issues throughout the organization.
