Charles Bowers, JD, is CEO. A corporate attorney by training, Charles left private practice for government service, first at Army Special Operations Command, and later in the National Security arena. As a former federal executive, Charles brings extensive experience in leadership, scaling, complex international problem-solving, business, diplomacy, and law to the PI team.
